We currently ship across all serviceable locations within India. Delivery availability depends on courier partner coverage in your area.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require phone/WhatsApp confirmation before processing.


3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most locations in India.

  • Customers must provide accurate contact details.

  • Our team may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch.

  • Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real time.


7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, the order may be cancelled.

  • Re-shipping may require additional charges.


8. UNDELIVERED / RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Order refusal

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Restrict future COD orders for that customer


9. ADDRESS & CONTACT DETAILS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.


10. DELAYS

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
